Those pants are either maternity pants or they are pants that are her new size and they go underneath the belly. I had both and I had on my heels. Some women are capable and strong enough to do it!! First of all, they make skinny maternity jeans for pregnant women. I had a pair and I actually was able towear my regularjeans with a belly band throughout my pregnancy. As for the heels,every woman is different. I wore heels off and on throughout my pregnancy comfortably. Don't judge other women based upon your comfort level.
