There's a reason why he's a Republican. First of all, he lived through segregation and knows who were the aggressors. If you look up *** Connors, you will find out that he was a Dem and was using fire hoses and dogs and your people. He was head of the DNC in Alabama and never changed his party affiliation. Also, it was Republican President Eisenhower who introduced the Civil Rights Bill, not a Dem. It was Senator Dirksen (R), who help introduce the Civil Rights Bill and pass it through the Senate. It was Al Gores(D) Father who Filibustered the Civil Rights Bill in the Senate, don't believe me, look it up. Get to know the true history and stop depending on someone else to tell you the so called truth.

From my standpoint, the thing that has me tripping is that whether u support Cain or Obama nobody gives a *** about "black peoples" situation (in America) except for black people.
Someone said earlier that since Obama has been in office that black people have been hit the worst by unemployment. I think its safe to say that before the economic downturn, that black people have had higher unemployment rates in relation to other races so that point is null and void. The reason? A whole host of reasons than the president should not handle. He is not a psychologist. He is not your coach. But he is employed to be a leader, protect the country and be a diplomat in the world's arena and on top of that try to keep everyone (in the country) reasonably happy.
What they are doing to Cain right now is similar to what they did to Obama calling into question his birth certificate of all things but you know what, this type of controversy is nothing new in the political arena.
To all these folks over here calling Cain an uncle Tom and Ruckus etc... keep in mind no one cares what you think in all honesty about how they live their life or how they conduct themselves. And if you really want to examine SHUCKING and JIVING in the political arena consider how almost all politicians are Uncle Toms for the corporations that bank roll them.

I find it amusing that so many people on here are trying so hard to make it seem like they are educated and that their points are meaningful, when they cannot even respond using proper grammar or anything that even resembles the english language. The overwhelming amount of ignorance and racisim on here is truly frightening. And for the few people here that are living in reality and are educated and proactive, you have truly impressed me, keep up the fight, you are fighting a tremendous uphill battle.
