: You knew it was only a matter of time . . . but your starting to see some Blackness to Paula and Robin's son Camron
I have biracial sons & my oldest just looked white when born my second was brown just a little lighter than me! As they get older the light one has come into more black features and a little more color & my baby boy looks more mixed with the mocha complexion & they both have really curly hair. Offspring are weird you never how they turn out & there is no point in dissecting every feature a child has just love em ***!! For the ppl commenting on her considering herself just African American or black it's not uncommon so does Alicia Keys, Halle Berry & Shamar Moore who are you to tell them they not who they identify themselves as?
I always did think he looked biracial not half half but like a typcial quarter black. If you darkened his skin with photoshopt no one would say he looked white. People tend to go by skin color only and not phenotype. Ive seen visible blackness in his features since he was born. He looks alot like is mama.
oddfutureindeed, I do see less competition and bitterness between women of different complexions than I use to see thats for sure. I think because at one time pretty much everyone except asian women were going for black men (especially in the 90's and early 2000's) and now it seems to be going in the opposite direction and the white boy thing is in now and thats a whole different ball game. If your medium size or slim and attractive, and not ghetto you can be any race or skin complexion and attract white guys so theres less women fighting about skin tone. The only ones I hear still complaining about black men having self hate and only prefer light or white or ones still waiting on black men to get their act together.

Paula is biracial not her that kid. I agree with TonyaPee, he is mixed and I think he is kinda cute. I am sick of blk people claiming biracial people. Paula is white and black. She is both. Not black.
++++ Doesn't matter what YOU are tired of. Paula SELF IDENTIFIES as a black woman. Get over yourself.
To the character a few spots above me, trust me when I tell you that I can careless what the little boy looks like when he becomes an adult, but I must inform you of the truth of the matter, blacks did not invent the "one drop" rule;no, the people (establishment) who eventually finds out that he's 1/4 black did because matters of this kind bothers them like brothas, sistas, and black love seem to bother you.
Since black is not about color when it comes to people of African American ancestry, i can see that he is beginning to favor his mother a little. He is more like dad though and that's fine I don't think Paula minds being referred to a as biracial but no self respecting American of European and African origins wants to be called a Mulatto. A word that doesn't even refer to a category of people in the first place since it means mule. Black people with an admixture of white come in all colors, shades and phenotypes.
@Kanga
This site commentors are a joke,,,, It's always either black men ain't this or thirsty or lost or black women ain't that, or loud, Then you get the whole light skin vs dark skin thing EVERY race of color has, from India to the Philipines from Jamaica, back from Africa to the US,,,, it seems like no one is happy on this site. I used to laugh about some of the dumb stuff typed but if this site were a movie,,, I wouldn't even watch a copy (bootlegged,or pirated version) or it.
