The feds claim that he converted to Islam, became an Imam and moved to ALGERIA (where the US has NO extradition treaty) to avoid charges that the DEA was about to bring against him.
Unfortunately for Loon, he left Algeria, and was picked up by INTERNATIONAL POLICE in Belgium. He was extradited to the United States.
