You can actually use the cards numbers without the expiration date or security code. The pin is irrelevant as hell. I work in retail, you wouldn't believe how easy it is to rip someone off. You can type card numbers to return people stuff for cash. You can create a fully functioning card and use it at any store. I could go on, just know never give your card to any old body just because the business is reputable. Restaurants are notorious for scams.

Umm last time I checked to use any type of card online you need correct billing info and a name and the security pin...so she's good. Someone may be able to order some pizza or chinese though lol.

Well I mean it could, and couldn't be dumb because unless someone is going to a stop that doesn't need to swipe a card, to purchase stuff online you need the billing information such as the persons name address, and zip code, so I mean her close personal friend will be able get her if they fake like that but no one else can, plus you need the 3 digit code on the back of the card.... You gotta excuse me one of our accounts at my answering service is billing processing.

Credit, debit--they can still do the same thing. Doesn't matter what it is. :"/ Even a debit card has a system where you can charge it--but you'll have to pay overdraft fees on top of whatever somebody charged to it. So either way--stupid !

Its a dumb card with stupid fees. I have a prepaid debit card with no fees at all! I have Rushcards too and they charge out the @ss! Thats why I stopped using them! How can you say your trying to help low income folks, with bad credit and then charge them up? Its all about $$ and Russel aint gettin a penny from me! Why use the Rushcard when you can just get a bank card with less or no fees? Not even a bank card, they have prepaid cards without fees, why should I use his?

Rush card is not a credit card for real..... Credit cards lend you the money, Rush card you give yourself, it is a pre-paid card, not a credit card. So she better not deposit any money on the account
