: While watching this season of The Rea Housewives Of Atlanta, we were CONFUSED. MediaTakeOut.com was consistently CONFUSED .. . as to WHY Sheree isn't getting ANY child support. And we were even more CONFUSED as to why Sheree DIDN'T ALLOW Phaedra to enforce the Child Support ORDER against her ex-husband BOB WHITFEILD . . . and have his AZZ THROWN IN JAIL.
Well, we did some research, and uncovered some SHOCKING documents. We found a LEGAL PROCEEDING from two years ago, which shows that Sheree attempted to DEFRAUD her ex-husband out of their mansion.
Here's what happened. When Sheree and Bob got divorced, the court ordered them to SELL the house, split the proceeds. And for Bob to give Sheree $425K in additional cash.
The way it was supposed to work is that Bob would pay her $25K up front, and the other $400K once they sold the house. Well Sheree TRICKED Bob, and asked him if he could give her the $400K early, so that she could get a home for their children.
And after Bob gave her the money, Sheree filed MULTIPLE lawsuits, and refused to leave the house or pay the mortgage. Eventually the bank foreclosed on the house, and Bob lost ALL the equity he had in the home.
SOOOOO . . . . according to the docs, the court ADMONISHED Sheree for her behavior. And it suggested that she may OWE Bob a ton of money, for F*CKING up his equity in the house.
And we'd bet that if she tried to get the money for her CHILD SUPPORT from Bob, he'd COUNTER-SUE her and she'd have to pay him the money she SCAMMED from him first.
That's F*CKED up though . . . cause it's just the CHILDREN that are suffering!!!
She is something else. She is real lazy and sneaky. All this crying she doing this season, is annoying. I could imagine how hard it is to go thru more court proceedings after the long length divorce she had with him but mama your acting too scary like she knew something we don't know. You got phadrea trying to help you victimized *** and you almost ddnt pay her. And if you wouldn't of been buying cars *** making lame *** snack meals for your son you would of notice that you have to stay on top of things not just you lawyer. This case, child support should be put in a trust, cause can't no one trust her to use it wisely, she'll go buy another car & purse, while that handsome son if hers looks run down...do better sheree...I don't blame bob, I wouldn't wanna KEEP throwing good money after bad time & time again...I feel for him & she got what she deserved, poor kids...now phaedras gonna have her broke *** in court, when she doesn't pray her, cause she didn't get the results she wanted!

There's always another side to the story, but I'm sure she's looking at the support issue as totally separate from all this. If she would have done the right thing with the house, then who knows if the support would even be an issue. This is what happens when you are greedy. Yes, of course he should take care of his kids, but he's probably looking at this as financial obligations and she did not uphold her part, so why should he uphold his part. She probably won't get any child support because of this, and I'm pretty sure Phaedra would have advised her of such if she knew all this. BTW MTO what kind of sentence structure is this? Well if this is true, shes getting what she deserves. Trying to be greedy and looking out for herself will get you f'd up every time. I don't watch the show so I can't say definitely, but on the surface she seems to be very greedy, vindictive, and irresponsible. She seems to want to be taken care of and kept up with her hair, clothing, and cars, when child support is for the upbringing of the children. It's sad that women will sell their souls just to wear some red-bottoms; yet their brains are as dense as the ocean.
i knew something was up with sheree. i just couldn't understand why he she hadn't went to court before on him about child support. sheree is living beyond her means and hasn't cut back on her spending, like she should. how is she able to afford to build a house and a new porsche? but can barely pay phadra for attorney fees. bob ain't no dummy. i can't wait to see how this plays out. it's unfornuate that the children are caught up in the bs.

It makes sense IF this is true, however, I cant for the life of me understand why she made it seem like Phaedra was "outsmarted" by Bob and to insinuate Phaedra didnt know what she was doing. Phaedra wasnt outsmarted, she was uninformed of all of her clients dealings, which is again Sheree's fault. While that may seem like plenty of money to most people, Sheree and her lawyers appealed the settlement because they felt she deserved more financial support given her lack of education (Sheree only has a high school diploma) and inability to earn income comparable to Bob’s six-year, $30 million contract with the Atlanta Falcons.
Despite the settlement, Sheree still maintains she has never gotten any child support from her ex, and her recent financial woes seem to support that claim. Plus, this D'HE'va makes about $300,000 from the show ... GIRL BYE!!!

Yea, everyone is always coming down on NeNe but I rather be with her then someone who is shady like She-Ray.
