So, this just proves that BEATING your children DOESN'T WORK! Maybe if he had've communicated more with him and found out WHY he was driven to be in gang, then maybe he might be alive today. In a way I don't feel bad for the kid because you get what you put in. A parent/guardian can only do so much for their kids. No remorse to the kid but I feel bad for the uncle he tried to help him get his act together but he was hard-headed and rejected that tough love.
