First of all mto you can tell that she is from New Orleans by the background and the way she combs her little girl's hair. Second of all that child can't be going to school because every school has a uniform policy. Third of all that *** is ghetto as hell but at the sametime atleast she keeps her daughter up. Aint nothing wrong with chargers...everybody and they mama got one and its obviously because its relatively affordable! Driving one don't make you ghetto...as far as the kid, she's adorable HOWEVER, that outfit is highly inappropriate for a child her age. it's doing way too much. My daughter has had halter tops and halter dresses and its cute in the summertime BUT she could not wear a halter with a slit goin up to her ***. That's way too grown.
