: MediaTakeOut.com just learned that Mariah Carey's husband Nick Cannon was RUSHED to the hospital in Aspen, CO yesterday with kidney failure. We're told that he is currently in stable condition.
What happened? Well it's NOT CLEAR. But we heard that Nick may have suffered a "kidney injury" while sparring with world class WELTERWEIGHT BOXER Amir Khan a few weeks back. It's not clear whether this ailment has anything to do with the injury he suffered.
Here is what Mariah had to say about the situation:
This is us in the hospital - role reversal; Last year it was me attached to the machines (after having dembabies) and Nick was there with me through it, and now here we are. We're trying to be as festive as possible under the circumstances but please keep Nick in your thoughts because this is very painful. They tried to kick me out of the hospital but here I am pon de bed with Mr. C.We're doing OK but we're "straaaaaanded in Aspen". #DramaticDivaPlace (I know, we could be in a lot worse places) but the truth is as long as we're together, we're OK. I'm not trying to make light out of the situation because it's a serious moment that's very tough on all of us so please keep us and our family in your prayers. LYM.

Its 2012 and i still cant get over how this cornball ended up with Mariah Carey. Some things just make absolutely no sense. The same Nick that had that corny wild *** out show. The same Nick that use to dress up like a *** and make a God damned fool of himself on Nickelodeon. The same Nick that couldnt even properly defend his woman against Eminem.

This is serious Nick could die or end up on dialysis for the rest of his life and possibly have to get a transplant and be on anti rejection drugs. Mariah being in that bed with him is showing her concern as his wife and the mother of his young children he did the same after the twins were born last April while she was being treated for complications and the babies were in the nicu on ventilators and steriods to mature their lungs among other things.

Do celebrities affect our lives so much that we come here to say that we don't like them? Do you think Marey Carey is thinking about some anonymous writer on mediatakeout while she is living in her Tribeca Penthouse in New York? As far as calling Nick out of his name, his show many not have been successful but at least he tried.
