: Well . . . it looks like the FIRST SCANDAL of little Blue Ivy's life has already begun. As MediaTakeOut.com told you yesterday, we found it VERY ODD that Jay Z would name his FIRST DAUGHTER . . . the same name as the woman whom he dated IMMEDIATELY before Beyonce . . .and whom he was MADLY in love with.
Jay Z's FANS are speculating that the baby's name "BLUE" is after Jigga's album "The Blueprint" and "IVY" after the Roman numerals "IV" which is four, the couples FAVORITE NUMBER.
But OTHERS believe that Jay named her after the singer BLU CANTRELL, whom he dated andwas MADLY IN LOVE WITH. In fact, he even STABBED A MAN who he thought was trying to date her.
Well now Blu Cantrell is speaking on the issue. She ADMITS that her and Jay Z were together, and in love. And she can not say for sure WHY Jay chose the name BLUE for his daughter's name.
He stabbed a man for trying to date her??? Really!!! Normally, I don't like talking about people's kids, but I must just say, ask yourself this, do you think that Jay would have permitted Beyonce to name her son the same name as one of her exes? Not being funny, but real question. Let's say she had dated Usher (which is an unusual name...I've never met another Usher), do you think Jay would allow HIS SEED to be named Usher? Blu or Blue is SUCH AN UNUSUAL NAME...they can make any excuse they want for her name, but the truth is that it is an ugly coincidence, and a little thoughtless on Jay's part. If it was Bey's idea, he should've said, "No." If it was his idea, he is dead wrong for that. Bey and Jay are responsible for all the speculation, but I do pray the baby is healthy, and has a happy, productive life.

I don't get the animosity and snarky comments toward Blu. She said nothing wrong. She was asked questions by her Twitter followers and she answered frankly. Nothing salacious or scandalous in her answers.

LOL! This is so ironic to ME... I swear THIS must be a Sagittarius thing...Because, I swear this same thing happened to me... Someone I dated off and on for 20+ yrs named his daughter extremely close to mines...anywho..lol - its possible...Jay seems so passive aggressive to me...
