No matter what shade of brown they are.....they are dressed appropiately, carry themselves correctly, educated and married black! That is what is called "THE PRIDE OF A RACE"! You can be dark as *** and still be mindful that you have a RESPONSIBILITY to our race! One black person acting, dressing, carrying yourself low and we all suffer as a race!
I used to confuse T.J. Holmes and Don Lemon all the time. But I knew there was something about Lemon that "soured" me on him. He has that natural arrogance that *** men sometimes affect and it is off-putting, regardless of his orientation. I hate that because his family is from my La. hometown, although he claims other larger cities where he made professional stops. T.J., on the other hand, is not only better looking and more comfortable to watch on the air, he also seems more comfortable in his own skin and with his own people. While I will miss him on CNN, he will bring a fabulous dimension of professionalism and sensitivity to BET. Congratulations, TJ and wife! You guys seem well suited -- both at the top of your game. Sorry, Chilli. But he made the better choice.
It is a sad state for black people when we applaud a couple for marrying their kind, and wait for it, being succesful too! This should be natural. You Don't hear other races saying that *** because it's expected for them to love themselves and striving for greatness. *Stepping off my Huey Freemen soapbox*.

She looks of mixed race which is what the black man aspires to achieve 80% of Black Men HATE real black women- the ones that have brown skin, not light or red, and the ones without silky European hair and without tiny noses.
