That's four children right there and the posing and little girls clothes are completely inappropriate. The only thing more inappropriate is the fact that it's posted on an adult site. This is learned behaviour and I can't imagine why adults would encourage early sexualising of children when they're getting into grown stuff far too early as it is. Let kids be kids.
