thats whats wrong with corporate tax codes. companies will waste money like that because it actually helps their bottom line at the end of the tax year. i'd rent a modest home from a small business person and spread the wealth a little.

Well if it is like a vacation thing for him and his whole family for just one month it might be okay. But why do that when you can own something just as nice. Don't understand why people spend their money like that then end up broke.

That house got to much going on at once for me! He got the Scarface bathroom,Ugly Monstrosity living room, Medieval times/Dungeon & Dragon dinning area, Cowboy Bucking Bronco outside,Cascading Waterfalls,Tennis court,(In case Serena visit I guess) and pool surrounded by a bunch of rocks under the house?! I guess Drake was just buying some s.h.i.t cause he could, some house that the Realtor hadn't been able to sell in YEARS to anyone else must have saw him coming from a mile away I bet! If he wanna make some money I guess he better rent it out for videos,orgy parties, a bed and breakfast or whatever else....

That house is NOT for sale. Plenty of wealthy people and movie directors rent that home all the time. Im surprised the owner is giving "Drake" such a long term lease.

I don't blame him for getting a crib out in LA. Miami is played out. Its only fun to visit not to live. Besides, why would I pay 45k a month for a crib in miami that is going to get destroyed by a hurricane every year.
