The ink looks like it could be "glow-in-the-dark" or hollographic (sp?) I dont think its the jet black ink that most people usually get. When it heals, we probably won't be able to see it.
Everyone's definition of "thug" is different. Maybe she feels like she thugged the industry... which she really did. I mean her views on Vimeo (I believe) reached over one billion, she has over 10 million followers of twitter and of course her other accomplishments.
