You can see the strain on Heidi's face. She and both of the little girls are beautiful. Aren't there more children? Supposedly Seal has a terrible anger problem. I wish he'd get help so that they don't have to divorce. They seem to love each other, but men, you have to deal with your anger, seriously.
I agree the mixed one will have difficulties. She'll look in the mirror and compare herself to her sister and mother and realize she doesn't fit in. They meet society's standard of beauty...she doesn't. Hopefully with the minority numbers growing this will have changed by the time she comes of age to realize how unfortunate she is growing up with a blond hair blue eyed mom and sis. Sadly i don't think Seal is equipped to boost her ego and pride in her blackness...I see problems in the future. Poor baby.

@Ransomed I disagree with you and others prediction of complex issues for the child of mixed heritage. The parents are both European. The issues you speak of are American related. Things are very different outside of your country. It's perfectly possible for a blonde, blue eyed mother to raise a well adjusted bi racial child and celebrate both types of beauty

They are very cute babies who look like their mother. And for the person who said the biracial one would grow up to have a complex, how do you know? You are not biracial so you wouldn't know. Only in America would people force that child to see herself as any different from her mother. America is so caught up on race and ethnicity. That child is white. She is also black. Let her be. and let her be happy. Seal and Heidi were a lovely family so sad it didn't last!

I have been to numerous European and Asian countries many times for the work I do and I see non-black people with biracial kids all the time and they seem happy and adjusted. A biracial kid is a biracial kid. They don't have to identify as black just because black people want them too. Let that child appreciate the heritages they have. It is a lovely thing when people from different worlds can come together in love and raise children who appreciate diversity.

@Ransomed It's not where they're raised it's how they're raised. I'm not so naive to suggest that racism and bigotry isn't everywhere. It's how you manage it that's the difference. Stuffed up attitudes come directly from the parents. If you grow up with insecurities and imagined misconceptions about yourself then you're likely to project that on to your child. If you believe that a bi-racial/black child being raised in America will mean that her confidence will be *** then what do you see for your own children?

First, I shall thank you, the gentlemen of the Colony of Virginia, for bringing me here. I am here to help you solve some of your problems with slaves. Your invitation reached me on my modest plantation in the West Indies, where I have experimented with some of the newest, and still the oldest, methods for control of slaves. Ancient Rome would envy us if my program is implemented. As our boat sailed south on the James River, named for our illustrious King, whose version of the Bible we cherish, I saw enough to know that your problem is not unique. While Rome used cords of wood as crosses for standing human bodies along its highways in great numbers, you are here using the tree and the rope on occasions. I caught the whiff of a dead slave hanging from a tree, a couple miles back. You are not only losing valuable stock by hangings, you are having uprisings, slaves are running away, your crops are sometimes left in the fields too long for maximum profit, you suffer occasional fires, your animals are killed. Gentlemen, you know what your problems are; I do not need to elaborate. I am not here to enumerate your problems, I am here to introduce you to a method of solving them. In my bag here, I HAVE A FULL PROOF METHOD FOR CONTROLLING YOUR BLACK SLAVES. I guarantee every one of you that, if installed correctly, IT WILL CONTROL THE SLAVES FOR AT LEAST 300 HUNDREDS YEARS. Now that you have a list of differences, I shall give you an outline of action, but before that, I shall assure you that DISTRUST IS STRONGER THAN TRUST AND ENVY STRONGER THAN ADULATION, RESPECT OR ADMIRATION. The Black slaves after receiving this indoctrination shall carry on and will become self-refueling and self-generating for HUNDREDS of years, maybe THOUSANDS. Donât forget, you must pitch the OLD black male vs. the YOUNG black male, and the YOUNG black male against the OLD black male. You must use the DARK skin slaves vs. the LIGHT skin slaves, and the LIGHT skin slaves vs. the DARK skin slaves. You must use the FEMALE vs. the MALE, and the MALE vs. the FEMALE. You must also have white servants and overseers [who] distrust all Blacks. But it is NECESSARY THAT YOUR SLAVES TRUST AND DEPEND ON US. THEY MUST LOVE, RESPECT AND TRUST ONLY US. Gentlemen, these kits are your keys to control. Use them. Have your wives and children use them, never miss an opportunity.
