MTO, you didn't quote all that she said. She also acknowledged that she's not a healthy weight. Anyone can look at her and see that she's larger than a size 12. She looks nice on the red carpet, because she's got a fantastic stylist who obviously knows how to dress her figure, but I honestly thought she was older than 39. Dressing her figure, and keeping it classy, ages her a bit. But what she said is true: her weight is NOT healthy. I don't hear an apology there, however. She's just speaking on it, and stating facts. And I'm sure she's going to continue to get the questions about her weight - especially now that she's an award-winning Hollywood actress. But she's also going to get questions about her weight when she loses it - which I'm sure she will.

Those that are making negative remarks obviously are blind to the fact that the western world worships stick thin physiques. In the motherland she would b considered royalty. As far as living long....white women starve themselves therefore not receiving proper nutrients and end up with brittle bones and crooked backs.My great great grandma lived until 101. My grandma is alive and active along with my Granpa both in their early 80z. Educate yourselves on just more than what you are told or shown. You might even learn to love where you come from.
Hollywood's negative stereotypes are perpetuated by this movie. Spencer could eat less and exercise more. I think the movie, the weight, and the book are all just horrible.

In my bag here, I have a fool proof method for controlling Black Slaves. I guarantee everyone of you that if installed correctly, it will control the slaves for at least 300 years. My method is simple and members of your family and any Overseer can use it.
I have outlined a number of difference(s) among the slaves; and I take these differences and make them bigger. I use fear, distrust, and envy for control purposes. On top of my list is "Age" but it is there only because it begins with an "A." The second is "Color" or "Shade," there is intelligence, size, ***, size of plantation, status of plantation, attitude of owner, whether the slaves live in the valley , on a hill, East, West, North, or South, have a fine or coarse hair, or is tall or ***. Now that you have a list of differences, I shall give you an outline of action but before that, I shall assure you that distrust is stronger than trust and envy is stronger than adulation, respect and admiration.
The Black Slave, after receiving this indoctrination, shall carry on and will become self-refueling and self-generation for hundreds of years, maybe thousands.
Don't forget you must pitch the old black versus the young black and the young black male against the old black male. You must use the dark skin slave vs. The light skin slave and the light skin slaves vs. The dark skin slaves. You must also have your white servants and overseers distrust all blacks, but it is necessary that your slaves trust and depend on us. They must love, respect and trust only us.
Gentlemen, these Kits are keys to control, use them. Have your wives and children use them, never miss an opportunity. My plan is guaranteed and the good thing about this plan is that if used intensely for one year the slaves themselves will remain perpetually distrustful.

It's been a while since I posted on this site. But I had to log in after reading the hateful comments made towards our SISTERS. I really think these comments are the works of MTO trying to get responses and if that is the case, it's so SAD. There would not be a MTO if not for black man and women (like myself). I find it very disrespectful to our people knowing that all this is allowed by a black founder (Fred Mwangaguhunga) turns my stomach.
If these comments are being made by actual self-hating people than they need to ban you from the site. I would love for you to be in my presence so I can show you how this strong, educated black female really gets down. I PROMISE you, you will have a different outlook. I don't want to waste any more of my time on you cause your not worth it. I would like to say to everyone else who's bothered by these comments to just ignore them, don't respond. That's what they want you to do. Why get yourself all upset over these haters. It's a big waste of time and at the end-of-the-day nobody is mad but you. Save yourself the stress.
One more thing. All this back and forth, comparing light and dark skin, statements suggesting white people rejected them. Why do you care about who or what white people accept. Your giving them too much power. White people don't judge me- only God can. It's all about us (black people) accepting them. We have to love ourselves. I'm sorry but there is no other like the black woman. We are strong, beautiful creatures of God. A lot of us just don't realize it because of the stereotypes.
The Black Men on here are just pathetic and weak you never stand up for your women. Black Men are just like Asian Women surprised you don't date in larger numbers. Both have self hating issues, thinks any race is better than their own, loves kissing the white man's *** though he still see's them as beneath him
Also thinks their race of women/men are the problem though it's actually them. That's why I don't *** with Asian Women.
