I've never seen the big deal about this girl and still don't. Not only is she not pretty to me, she has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen on a person. Remember when she first came out and she had the snarled up, snobbish facial expression? She was on Sinbad's late *** show "VIBE" with either Dru Hill or Blackstreet, I don't remember which one, and when Sinbad was talking to her, she was barely answering like she didn't wanna be there or wanna be talking to him. She was rude, unprofessional and I would've dismissed her *** right off that set with the cameras rolling like Oprah did that girl when Rosie Perez was on her show. I'm not a colorstruck/weight struck Black person, so it takes more than mixed race, light skin, a thin body and long hair to impress me. There are lots of light skin, long hair (or weave hair) thin/average sized women who aren't pretty to me: Mya, Jennifer Freeman, Chanel Iman, Beyonce (skin is bleached, hair is fake and body is bigger than average, but you get the point). I agree with MTOstillAINTsheeyit, this site talks about Mya as much as they do because she is light. If skin color is your motivation, there are much prettier light-skinned or mixed people to talk about: Thandie Newton, Vanessa Williams, Rashida Jones, Salli Richardson - take your pick.
