He also said he doesn't care about rich people. He was trying to focus his words on the ever declining middle class, but of course, most read headlines and run with it.

well, i'm part of the shrinking middle class, and i work very hard for the $40,000 i make a year, and i still only have $200 a month to budget for groceries, then the woman who lives across the hall, with 4 kids, no father in the home gets $1500 in foodstamps, and lives on a rent voucher...
