Well, if he lived in my city in cali, (lol which he does not) you would see this far more often, because we have a plastic bag ban, and you have to bring these recycled type bags every where u go.. especially if you are getting groceries. Dear MTO, It's called a TOTE or TOTE BAG. Usually received as when a purchase has been made or if receiving a gift or goodies. Good karma if ya 'Green' and recycle them for other purchases or to give something away. 9 times out of 10 displays a retail establishment, corporation or some type of sponsor's advertisements on the bag. I think when you work for Fred (African last name), the more erroneous you are, the more you talk untruths out of your azz, the more he enjoys the frenzy. He's playing us all.
