That aint no perm snoop hair he always had a softer texture hair i think he got indian in him.to my brothas dont ever try 2 perm your hair i allowed my sisters 2 put perm in my hair when younger its 1 of the worst mistake i ever made my hair felt dead and i think i lost some strength i had 2 cut my hair and grow it back.
