According to our snitch, there was a HUGE RIFT amongst the management - on whether Rihanna should do a duet with her ex-BF Chris Brown.
The insider, who is EXTREMELY RELIABLE and asked to be anonymous, tells us that JAY BROWN, a senior manager at RocNation helped Rihanna and Chris put together the collabo.
But Jay Z, who is Jay Brown's partner and the FACE of Roc Nation, was 100% against it. And now, we're told - that there is a SCHISM between RocNation's two Jay's . . . that could end up DESTROYING THE COMPANY.
In fact, we hear that Jay Z is SO UPSET with the song leaking . . . that he's FLYING TO LOS ANGELES TODAY . . . to have a "discussion" with his Roc Nation partners.

I'm a fan of good music and the song cake song is catchy. The only thing I don't agree with or approve is that Rihanna went on these media outlets speaking about her domestic violence experience. She is pretty much telling the young followers who don't really think for themselves ... that its ok to continue to deal with a person who abuses you. Many people stood up for her in that situation. People always say oh Chis has done his time so let the past be the past ... however domestic violence is a very serious matter in this country and around the world and should not be taken lightly. Especially young Black girls need to see a positive representation of dark skin women who are looked upon as desirable. It's gonna make a world of difference in their lives. Trust me girls and women crave reinforcements from family, society and men about themselves. This is going to pave the right direction in their lives. AS a Haitian dark skin woman, I have been rejected because of who I am, the agony of the past still hunts my present *** of today. What had happened to me, I don't wish that on anybody, it was a horrible experience for me. Anything that can be done to stop this color inferiority from plaguing the next generation, I'm all for it.
