"Whitney had fallen off the radar back then ... but now, following her tragic death, the market has changed. Now is the time for a book that details an honest look into the life of Whitney."But standing in Bobby's way is the confidentiality agreement he signed when his divorce was finalized, plus the impact that a tell-all would have on his daughter, Bobbi Kristina.
"Bobby loves all his children," his former attorney, Phaedra Parks told me days after Whitney died. "He would do anything to protect all his children."
But friends of Whitney tell me they are not so sure.
"This is a man who left his ex-wife's funeral because he didn't like his seats and went to a paying gig that night," a friend of the diva tells me. "He didn't get on stage that night because he needed to sing his greatest hits or because Whitney would have wanted him to entertain his fans, he did it to get a paycheck -- the same reason he now wants to write a tell-all book."
People please, Bobby was not upset about his seating situation, he was upset because he was not allowed to see or be with his daughter during this time. I know that there are a lot of black man that do not support or raise their children so, they don’t understand where a man who loves their children is coming from so, to them I say keep your mouth *** and this way you won’t show your ignorance. I don't agree with the tell all book if it's true, but as far as him performing the same *** as her funeral...life goes on..his profession is that of an entertainer..he's working! If he wasn't working then people would have something to say about that. Just let him be. As far as him leaving because he didn't like his seats, that is a lie. I believe what he said in his statement, because that sounds just like some Black Baptist church ish. His children had every right to be there, she was their step-mother.

When Bobby Brown was seeing Karine Steffans aka Superhead awhile ago she hooked him up with a book deal through her publisher and he was offered good money to write a book then, but at the last minute he declined. Even then being strung out on drugs himself and in desperate need of money he still knew that a book revealing his ENTIRE life including Whitney Houston would command much more than he was offered to write a book about just involving his life as an entertainer, so he waited it out not knowing of course that she would die and turns out he made the "Jackpot" decision. Writing a nasty tell all about his life and marriage to his daughters dead mother would be very low of him,but it would be very lucrative indeed; putting him back into that income bracket he hasn't seen since he went solo in his twenties so we shall see what comes of it. I wouldn't put it past him!
I say write the book to get *** clear !! ever since whitney start " actin out " everybody & wanna play " the blame bobby brown game " as a H U G E bobby brown fan I cant remember hearin anything about him on drugs or any dope fiend antics . only after he got w/ whitney . ppl act like bb wasn t THE S H I T when he got with whitney or like she was too good for him . it was clear they had mutual admiration for one another, and the love seemed good . but like they say everything glitters aint gold . nothings what it seems . in this case in some ways I feel like they got the best of one another . I dont kno but bobby does . and I wanna hear his side, before I count him out . I say write the book and come w/it cuz I need a good read!!

I can't believe some dumb *** on here said that Bobby wasn't a fool pre-Whitney. Y'all must've been smokin the same ***. She had it all when they hooked-up (money in the bank, no kids, a loyal fan base, hit records, etc). What did he have? A bunch of babies out of wedlock, a criminal record, a bad reputation (nobody wanted to work with him), a drug problem and a big dyck. He hadn't had a hit since "My Perogative". WTF could he write about in a tell all? We watched while she spent her money feeding and supporting him. N*ggah, please.
So let me get this straight....Bobby's wrong for writing a book about Whitney...Ok cool...Well I guess everyone will be happy when some caucasian do a biography on her..because you know it's coming..If you want the inside story of their addictions and her overall life.. Everyone want to blame Bobby because everyone thought Whitney had a squeaky clean image before they got together. Also, his issues with the law didn't help. That is what her family wants everyone to believe, and I noticed no one acknowledged him at the funeral during their speeches. They were together for close to 2 decades. He is hurting as much as anyone else. People want to feel sorry for Ray J. He couldn't possibly be more hurt than Bobby. It was not about he didn't like his seat. They know he have more than 2 kids. 3 of them were Whitney's stepchildren, along with his brother Tommy, who was like her brother too. They were just being nasty because that was the family's wishes. Whitney would not have wanted it that way. She used to talk about he was her frist love and she fell in love with a great man that treated her like a lady. Bobbi Kristina won't even talk to him from what I hear. So, I guess the Houston family has a huge influence on her decision. I don't think Bobby would do a tell-all book, but he may give some insight on their relationship. I saw enough on "Being Bobby Brown" though. And to anyone ***'about him going to do shows after she died. He said it was the hardest thing to come out on that stage. The other members of New Edition encouraged him to come out, besides the fans wanted to see him. At least he is trying to make his own money. Many people are speculating he will try to get close to his daughter for the money. I don't believe that. Leave the man alone!
I love Whitney too, and don't think anyone will ever be as great of a singer as her in our lifetime. I just have to be fair. We cannot sit here and blame Bobby for what went wrong in Whitney's life. Why is no one making a fuss about Aretha (her Godmother who was supposed to sing at the service), backing out of coming to the funeral for having leg spasms, but she showed up to do a performance somewhere else that same day? Interesting.
A lot of you losers are always calling Bobby a has-been, saying he has no talent or calling him a ***. If you followed R&B in the 80s and 90s, I will bet money on it that you were a fan of New Edition and his solo work, "Every Little Step," "Don't Be Cruel," "Roni," Rock Witcha," My Prerogative," "Humpin' Around," "Something in Common (with Whitney)," Good Enough," etc. He ruled the charts back then! Now, I can guarantee you are going to run and download these songs or go to Amazon/eBay to buy the CDs used. No, you cheap *** will just go watch the videos on youtube. Chumps!

I support a book deal. For one, I don't believe BB will do any harm to Whit or her admirers. Whit threw that brother under the bus with his addiction and illness like it wasn't ***! She didn't think about how what she said would affect there daughter. She did just what most bitter women do: Poison their own children. BB took that like a real brother and never dealt in dirt. That's why I believe the book would not be trash. As far as him being broke, I guarantee his broke is very different from your broke ***.
