: MediaTakeOut.com learned that today the Florida State Attorney will file FORMAL CHARGES against R&B singer Chris Brown. We're told, by a person with IMPECCABLE CREDENTIALS, that he will be asked to turn himself in to the Miami police department. We're told that Chris Brown's attorneys will be contacted today.
The charges will be "Snatch And Grab Robbery" and if Chris Brown is convicted, he faces up to 5 years in Florida prison. But whether he's convicted or not, his probation (which he received for beating Rihanna) will likely be revoked shortly after these charges are filed.
So unless Chris' lawyers can pull off a MIRACLE, Breezy is expected to be in JAIL before the week is up.
It's sad that it had to end this way. But all those enablers around him have to share in the blame.
EDITORS UPDATE: It appears Chris was NOT charged yesterday as we were told. The lead prosecutor is currently trying ANOTHER case, and is holding off making the charge PUBLIC. The prosecutor plans on holding a FULL PRESS CONFERENCE once the charges are announced, which will occur once the current trial is over (which is expected to be later this week).

First, there is no such charge as "*** and grab robbery", it would be aggravated robbery, attempted robbery, robbery or theft. Second, his probation would not be revoked based on charges, you have to be convicted of a crime before you commit a probation violation. Just because you are charged with something doesn't mean you are guilty. Lastly, I will wait until an official report comes out from the Miami-Dade police before I believe this story, why would Chris Brown need to rob anyone?

R&B star Chris Brown is in deep doo-doo today because of Rihanna, the woman he once beat up!
At least, thatâs what witnesses told Miami Beach police regarding an alleged robbery on Feb. 19 that could send the With You singer to prison for months, according to a law enforcement source.
Gossip Extra hears that Brownâs fellow rapper Tyga, who was at the scene of the incident, told police Brown got hot under the collar when he saw two female fans snapping his picture on their cellphones. Brown assumed the photos, taken outside Cameo *** in South Beach, would end up on the Internet, according to the Gossip Extra report.
Why would that be bad? Because, Tyga told police, Brown was taking two groupies home â not good when one is trying to hook back up with oneâs high-profile ex-girlfriend.
Tyga told detectives: âThe guyâs trying to get back with Rihanna, and he knows that wouldnât happen if the photos ended up online,â said the source, who asked to remain anonymous.
Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault in Rihannaâs beating in 2009. He was sentenced in Los Angeles to 1,400 hours of community service and five years probation.
Recently, however, Brown and Rihanna collaborated on two songs, and there are reports of a reconciliation.
As Brown worked his way through throngs of bystanders that *** on South Beach, Brown allegedly ordered one of his two bodyguards to make two women stop photographing him.
âChris kept telling him: âErase the mother******* pictures,âââ the law enforcement source said. âââThose photos canât get out there.âââ
The bodyguard obliged, then returned the phone.
But according to the police report, from the back of his black Bentley, Brown grabbed fan Christal Spannâs iPhone, called her the B-word and closed his window as the car rolled away.
Police have requested that the Miami-Dade County State Attorney issue an arrest warrant for Brown, which had yet to be done Saturday ***.
