Example: Lil Wayne could give just $10,000 American dollars to anyone of those Rebel soldiers over in Uganda and they would turn on that piece of s.h.i.t War Crimes leader Joseph Kony accused of (selling children for ***) and they would put a *** in the mans head quick or at least give him up to the Authorities.
