There is no Blood there he's not one of Bobby Browns son's so technically he's NOT her brother! He's the young man that was living with her and her mother whom Whitney Houston called her adopted son, but not legally adopted. Some people believe that Bobbi Kristina and this young man were secretly romantically involved all along anyway.
