She was doing an interview when a young woman ran from the press line onto the carpet and said something to her and dumped the flour over her head. Kim was shocked and walked off.
Police later determined the white substance was cooking flour. And the woman was taken into custody by police.

It appears that the stories are becoming meaner and it seems as if who ever is writing the stories has a great deal of insecurities. If you were doing half as well as the people you seem to "love to hate", maybe the dialogue would change. It's sad that a site which appeals to a black audience feels the need to tear down so many. It probably was staged but even if it wasn't, a little flour probably wouldn't humiliate her calculated image a bit. She's used to hate and you see it's not stopping her one bit.
