: MediaTakeOut.com learned that yesterday, Basketball Wives star Tami Roman was admitted to Cedar-Sinai Medical Center for a medical emergency in Los Angeles.
Tami had been feeling UNDER THE WEATHER and went to the hospital to get herself CHECKED OUT. Doctors soon realized that she had suffered a HEART ATTACK - caused by MASSIVE BLOCKAGE in her arteries. She spent the day in the hospital and underwent a MASSIVE number of tests.
But Tami survived the heart attack, largely because she went to the hospital and was treated EARLY. She was given HEART PILLS (nitroglycerin) and subsequently discharged from the hospital. We're told that if she did not go to the hospital when she did, that she would have DIED!!!
Our prayers go out to Tami . . . hope she has a SPEEDY RECOVERY!!

That story doesn't add up at all. If you are suffering from any blockage, you will not be released from the hospital the next day. Surgery will be done to levitate the blockage. If not, then she will have a heart attack. Pills do not unblock arteries. MTO??? We need more facts to believe heart attack.

f this heart attack was life threatening, then she would not just leave the hospital with some heart medication. There would have to be a surgery performed and possibly a stint put in the artery that was clogged, and then possibly later down the line (depending on the severity of the heart attack) she will probably have to get a defibrillator put in. It most likely was mild chest pains... in any case I wish her well.
This is very unfortunate and I wouldn't wish this on anyone, but Tami is too high strung.. She stresses too much about things that are not that important.....HOPE SHE GETS WELL SOON

THIS STORY DOES NOT ADD UP. IF SHE INDEED HAD A HEART ATTACK THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN SOME INTERVENTION OTHER THAN NITROGLYCERIN AND HEART PILLS.

It's all that smoking. I had a good friend die on the job of a heart attact. He was a 42yr old slim male who was a chain smoker. Remember Tami said she tried to cut back cause she didn't like the way she looked during her 1st season of Basketball wives. In all her scenes she had a nasty cigarette in her hand. This is what happens when you live a life full of non-stop drama. It affects you mentally, emotionally and physically. The fact that she's 41 should make her realize that she's no spring chicken anymore. So, she needs to get her act together and start acting her age and stop acting like she's in high school. My gma was one of the sweetest women I've ever been in the presence of and died from a heart attack, so again....what the hell does her being mean to gain tv ratings have to do with it? With heart attacks...even mild ones *** observation (at least) is standard to make sure the person doesn't suffer from any negative related heart and circulation issues. If she was released the same day with Nitro it was most likely angina, close, but not the same as an MI.
