That's an easy fix i saw on the doctors. The doctor cut the side of the toe open and broke the joint put in a extension put the joints back together and sewed it back up. good as new.

I knew a chick with toes like those Im high school that is just the was her feet are no double joints just a inset toe I would also suggest not wearing open toed shoes...
