: We're not experts . . but the HIPPA LAW should PREVENT nurses from tweeting pics of their patients SH*TTING . . . right????
i used to work *** a Hospital & 50% of the workers there don't know what they R doing, i have witness so many ppl giving patients injections using the same needle more than once...........which can infect U..............i also witness many things Nurses do & ppl don't even know it..........Hospitals employee many trainees who don't know what the hell there doing..................pay attention to EVER!!! single thing they do to U if U have to go to a Hospital or doctors office.........................and don't take any medicine unless your really sick...............................the bible says doctors & medicine is witch craft anyway.............if ppl Obeyed the dietary law that God ordered us to do, ppl wouldn't get sick.
Most nurses are ghetto, so Im not surprised. Seriously, they were *** me off when my daughter was born. They were saying sh!t about her being light-skinned with good hair. I overheard another everest graduate boasting about how big someone else's newborns *** was. Every last one of them had some ridiculously styled braids pulling there drawn on eyebrows up. Being a nurse should be a respectable career, but too many hoodrats with their institute certificates are ruining it.
and ya she's probably a nursing assistant but people saying that "she's just an *** wiper" that's disrespectful too. most of the nursing assistants work harder than some nurses. i respect the NA's that i work with.... they work hard. but this girl here i just wrong... that's someone's mother, grandmother etc.
Even if she isn't on the toilet, the "nurse"/LPN/CNA was still out of her lane putting up a picture of her patient, even if she blurred the patient's face. The tweet alone without the picture would have been okay because there wasn't a way to identify the patient. Having the patient in the picture is not okay.
Although they might not be on the toilet, I would still be mad if she was my grandma. Scrubs had better line up another job in any case.
On further examination:
1) Some personal information was blurred out in the tweet. So it looks like the patient's name may have been posted. Hello, HIPAA violation.
2) Using your phone and wearing your gloves? Seriously? No wonder the cell phone holds so many germs. Hope you enjoy all the dookie bits near your face when you're talking.
No, there are no laws for snappin pics and frankly don't see nothing wrong with it. HIPPA pertains to information and condition...*** on a toilet is not breakin any laws and furthermore, that could be her auntie or grandmother...but thanks for hippin the watchdogs to the chick and now she's gonna lose her job or be put in jail for NOTHING, LOL. I wish they would put MTO in jail for all the f*cked up *** this put on blast, mostly about Black people, especially always up in somebody p*ssini and assaroni, smh. This gives me more reason to keep my personal business out of the public eye. The public's opinion is pathetic.
I usually read the comments only but this has struck a serious nerve because I'm a RN. This could possibly be a HIPPA violation or a violation of facilty policies because if this is a facility she's taking this picture in, you always have to have special permission from the patient/family in the form of a consent to take a picture. There even has to be a clearance for the device used to take a picture. Personal cell phone usage of any type is usually not permitted while working, yet another policy violation. Regardless if what type of healthcare worker she is this was done in extremely poor taste and without any thought on all sorts of levels. But folks, don't group all nurses in the same category. I for one am very proud to be a nurse and take my profession seriously.
The fact that this ''nurse'' or ''aide '' thought it was right to take a picture of and elderly woman while in the bathroom is so upsetting to me. Please, if possible have this woman fired. inform the news. And inform the nursing home or employer of this. How would you feel this was your Mom or Grandmother?
first of all im a cna and i would never disrespect a patient like that and whoever said that only cnas are *** wipers and sit people on the toilet thats a lie. I know some good nurses that help cnas and do the work with them, only lazy nurse sit on they *** and dont do nothing. just because you are a lpn/rn whatever don't make u better then nobody. a old school nurse told me anyway that most of the women that are going to school to become nurses are going so they can either get a man or take care of 1 Deuces
You bummmmm ***, that lady is old enough to be your mom/grandmother. You can stand to learn some INFORMATION from this BEAUTIFUL LADY OF HISTORY. I wish that this lady was my family I would truly have your job, when I finished with your stupid *** u would not be able to afford tissues to wipe your own ***. Her family need to sue the the *** out of your F-*** ***. STUPID HOE not f-*** cool at all.
