The one thing that MTO is right about is that she is not closing on the house at all. In fact, Kim and Kroy was behind in there rent so Kendra demanded the entire 12 month lease to be paid in full per the stipulation in her leasing agreement. (SMART COOKIE)! I have had this conversation with Kendra sitting at a bar in Atlanta so this is real talk.

Kim stated on the 2nd or thirde show that the house was rented from a fellow NFL player. She also stated that they were renting first to make sure they would stay in Atlanta and not that Kroy signed his deal they will be staying. I am a blogger and watch the show for business purposes. Kim and Kroy decided to rent the house because he was a free agent at the time. Once he was signed to a newer and bigger contract they began the process of purchasing the house. They close on the house at the end of this month.
