I'd personally rather not hear this type of music from Brian. He could have been a lot more creative even if he wanted the same vibe for the song. The man is very accomplished in his own right and none of these new singers are touching his status as a singer or writer. I'm still in my 20's, but if y'all think 42 is old...I hope y'all make it to 42, because it's not promised to anyone. That's one thing that bothers me with blacks especially. Many are so quick to call someone old and irrelevant. White people respect their legends and pay homage to them. Blacks want to give up on them as soon as they hit 30. Respect who came before you and stop being so ignorant. We have to do better as a people.
