Ashanti is broke and Nelly still get a few ends by being the face of Apple Bottoms even though we know he don't really own it. Nelly & JD both went down cause they didn't know how to leave the strip club alone. Them ninjas took up so much space that they was probably paying rent. JD got a stripper pregnant that is why Janet left him. I have never seen 2 ninjas so addicted to stippers the way they were (probably still is).
Has Ashanti stated she was unhappy with their relationship or she would like to marry Nelly? Are the readers of MTO assuming she wants to be married? Readers have you every considered they may be happy with the way things are? Furthermore, how did you concluded that they are broke? They may not have records sales in overwhelming numbers but just think savings, investments, royalties, etc. They may not be living lavishly but I think they are living comfortably. I'm just saying!
