I have seen pictures of Lil Wayne prior to tattoos & piercing, he was an average looking young man. Actually in some of the pictures he appears somewhat handsome.It's the numerous tattoos, excessive piercing, not so tight dreads, & immature uncoordinated outfits that causes him to look less than attractive /handsome.
