It's never a good look to change who u are (whether u are a reality star or a regular person) nor is it a good look to degrade yourself or allow someone else to degrade u for the sake of publicity. She probably got tired of walking on her heels so she changed her shoes to give her feet a break. And the grill pic is obviously for fun. That outfit is not to be worn with kicks and as much as she annoys me she has good fashion and she knows it doesn't work. I think this is one time thing for comfort.
