Some of you morons. If she's MARRIED it's HER husband's responsibility to keep a roof over her head. CHILD support is JUST THAT ...not MORTGAGE support. Obviously if you're smart you use it for your necessities including mortgage/ rent b/c your kids need a place to live BUT you don't live beyond your means. They have two girls so really only needed 2/3 bedrooms MAX! As long as me and my kids have a room we're good to go. Child support is supposed to support the child, not the mother and her expensive bags and cars. If she's married then she should have been in somewhere where her and her husbands income could pay the bills. Obviously Chad paid the bills if they took a cut when he did. He does spend time with his children and probably provides for them besides child support too so its her own fault.
Ok let me get this right,,, Chad was paying his child support for his two children on time, and the courts decide that he can reduce his child support cuz he isn't making the same amount of money as he used to, and his baby momma who is now married can't afford their 6 bedroom home? his kids look fairly old at least 8-9 for the oldest looking one idk how long hes been paying child support but if all three adults are working why is her house not paid off or close to being paid off...they look old enough that w/e the support was if she was spending it right before it got reduced the house should have been hers free and clear
