How do you know it's fake! That's a child and people should respect them not play games or put harmful objects in their mouths. The little girl looks sad and the shiny post looks perfectly centered like a piercing would so I think someone should investigate this,because women get piercings for fashion and sexual stimulation of themselves and for others and in both instances this is inappropriate for this little girl.
I took this photo at my son Basketball Practice and this lil girl came to me and started talking to me like she is an adult and i was her homegirl... so , im talking to the lil girl and i spotted an object in her mouth and asked her what do you have in your mouth?? she reply back on Oh its a Tongue ring My Mama Did that but, it doesnt hurt... I was like WOW!!! an snap a photo of her.... but , i think its a magnet but, regardless she could of swallow it and hurt her self... the moral of the story is..
