Take the noise level down a thousand, please. Some women, like myself, are simply not impressed with Shemar--I, personally, have to get a vibe about a man and I do not get it with Shemar, so as far as I am concerned, every woman in the world can have him with his attributes, money, and fame--those things belong to him and not me (I do not follow the crowd; I am my own person). Also, I need to let you know that Van Diesel does not do it for me either--he rings no bells for me.
I am not stuck on black shades, but I am stuck on mannerisms, personalities, manliness, and to some degree, fitness. I am aware of the fact that there are a lot of dl men just as much as I am aware of the fact that people need to talk, date, marry, and pray. One of you stated something about educated men, which is a good thing, but for me, is not the most important thing. As long as a man has godly fear, a thirst for knowledge, commonsense, an open-mind, and humility, he is quite right for me.

I somewhat agree with what you said, and it is probably true that light-skinned men are mostly labeled *** in the black race due to some consciously and unconsciously relating them to white men due to skin tone. Is the practice fair or right? No, but this same stupid behavior is displayed toward black women, especially dark-skinned women, so none of it is fair in my book. To speak on the present, all black men are being painted with a broad brush and being labeled as ***, so in this day and age, nobody wins. Yet, I would like to say this: Some of the baddest men have and or of light hue.
