This better not be true. I am a parent in this community, Harper Woods, MI and know this young man. He is 18; therefore, it is legal. However, is a student at the school. She is almost 40 and there should be an age limit on "outside participants". If this is true I will definitely be at the next school board meeting expressing my concern for accountability for this behavior that portrays poor ethics and values.
