The victim is white; so, it could be him. However, beyond that ... somehow, I believe this was not "random" and can only wonder WHY did this attack "amazingly" happen within yards of the Herald's security cams? WHY were BOTH men naked? WHY DID THIS OCCUR DURING "URBAN" BEACH WEEK ... this just stepped up the level of "craziness" that occured @ the Ultra Music Festival wherein four "incidents" occured with "naked" individuals ON THE SAME BRIDGE, IN THE SAME PLACE - All naked and running from the police; 1-survived, 3-collapsed and died. So, my question to you is, "what is REALLY going on?"

The drug he was on is called bath salts which is a new form of LSD whose side effects are... agitation, hallucinations, super human strength (i.e. unrestrainable,biting etc.) and psychosis due to the organs overheating (which is why he had no clothes on). It had nothing to do with being black.
