Because she takes care of herself! If ur in shape when u get pregnant and do moderate exercise during ur pregnancy u wont get out of shape. Ur body bounces back. Plus she is really serious about her workouts. Hoodrats take note! Put down the KFC, pig feet, chitterlings and churches chicken! Its not tht hard to be fit if u eat right and workout.

It only takes 12 weeks of consistent working out to have a fit body...even for a couch potato. Take into account that she's been fit before (muscle memory) then her results come a little quicker.

Anyone that says plastic surgery is just hating. Baby fat is almost always gone by the 6th week checkup. If you still haven't lost all your baby fat by 8 months then that's not baby fat its just fat baby.. Plus she works out!

Are you kidding? In 8 months, almost anyone except the morbidly obese can lose much more weight than what she lost.
