It was probably for Locks of Love. A lot of people grow their hair really long just to cut it for Lock of Love. It does look that bad. I will say that she is very BRAVE to cut all her hair off, and I admire that. Some of us are afraid to take that step, even for a good cause, and one of them I must say.
