Ripped up leggings are nothing new.

I will wear leggings everyday if I can. They make great quick outfits, workout pants, house clothes, and PJs. Joy Bryant's outfit probably took 3 minutes tops.

BUT I WILL SAY...leggings are not ONE SIZE FIT ALL. Everybody can not wear them.
