: When we heard that Tony Parker's eye was INJURED during the Drake-Chris Brown brawl, we knew he was SUING . . . but who knew it would happen SO QUICKLY.
Yesterday Tony Parker filed a lawsuit against the club, WIP where everything popped off. But get this, Tony indirectly blamed RIHANNA for the whole fight. Here's how FOX News is reporting it:
The suit does not name Brown or Drake, who have both dated Rihanna, as defendants but blames the club for creating the combustible combination.
"The defendants were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake's entourage and Brown's entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two," the filing says.
"She's been known, like Helen of Troy, to cause trouble," Jaroslawicz said of Rihanna.
Sources said Drake, 25, sent Brown into a rage when his table sent over note that read, "I am f------- the love of your life." Brown had just bought the hip-hop star a pricey bottle of champagne, sources said. Drake's camp maintains the fight was instigated by a member of Brown's crew.
Jaroslawicz said it was the club's fault.
By selling both camps booze and giving them bottle service, "you're throwing gasoline on the flames," Jaroslawicz said. He said he had yet to see their bar tab, "but it's probably more than kids' tuition for the year."

Im sure Drake could afford his own bottles. Chris shouldve just not sent the bottle in the first place. I dont think it was a peace offering, I think he did it out of ***. Plus dudes,normally send bottles to females not other dudes. So I could see how Drake would be irritated. There are 1 million ways to make peace with people, and theres a time and place. My thoughts: If Drake was alone...I doubt the incident would have turned physical. He wouldve drank that *** bottle and toasted glasses with Breezy. Next thing, Tony....the club was making money like they were supposed to. The club owners/staff isnt responsible for chaperoning grown *** men all ***. They have the right to go to the same club and spend their money how they choose to. Also i wanted to add....no one excuses Chris' behavior for beating Rihanna but that sh** is mad old now and hes paid the consequences for his actions. Society makes me *** sick.
