Under California Law (Cal. Penal Code §652) it is ILLEGAL to pierce a minor's tongue, without PARENTAL CONSENT. So either Will and Jada are CO-SIGNING this mess . . . or whoever did it needs to be PUT IN JAIL!!!
Either way, it's about time that someone INTERVENES and helps this poor child.
They both look so absurd that I am inclined to believe that it is a faux piercing.
