Who gives a ***....Obama is nothing more than a Manchurian candidate, owned by foreign finance capital of the highest levels. However, Romney is no better...both are owned by the same special interest and both will continue to erode the Constitution, albeit from different angles. The Presidency itself is a puppet position. If your faith is in either fake political party, you have been duped. If you actually believe that Obama works in your best interest, you're an idiot. If you think that Romney will do any different, you're a fool. If you think America will exist in 50 years, than you are hopeless.

@ Greg,
Nope...I'm done with voting, with the exception of local politics. Makes no difference who I cast my vote for, the way of this country is out of the people's hands. It's quite obvious that the two party system is corrupt, and any attempts at starting new movements is co-opted (Tea Party, Libertarian, etc.) by mainstream interests. You can't change this system from within, it has to be completely eradicated, of which won't happen. You still have faith in this system?
GreenDozen
I haven't had faith in the system in a long time, but there are several fundamental differences between both parties that keeps me voting in the elections. The 2000 elections between Bush and Gore showed me that. I really believe things would be a lot different if Gore had been in office instead of Bush. I don't think we would have been in Iraq, I think Afghanistan would have been fought differently, I don't think there would have been Enron, which showed other energy countries how to gouge the consumers with high energy cost, I don't think we would have had such a large deficit. I think this country would be on a better footing than it is now. So when you say there are no differences between the two, I agree; but there are some differences that also affects our everyday lives.
Gore and Bush were both apart of the same secret society, and Gore since has been proven to be a complete fraud while attempting to push carbon taxes on the world. Global warming has completely blown up in his face and he has been completely discredited. Maybe this country would of been different, but I'd argue hard against it being better....just f*cked up in a different way. Carbon taxes would of affected us everyday and more than likely bankrupted us much sooner.
@ Trollsmasher,
LOL...nonsense huh? So, if I were to take a holistic view of the legislation that Obama has put through, what would they say about his interest? Let's just take a look a few big ones:
1) NDAA, comprises the Bill of Rights and gives the Government the right to indefinitely detain citizens without due process. 2) Natural Defense Resources Preparedness Executive Order - Gives the Executive Branch to nationalize the entire US economy, even during "peacetime", which is in fact martial law. It gives the Executive branch the right to ration food, wages, and healthcare, and allows the Executive branch to bypass Congress completely.
So, by simple synthesis, it would appear that Obama's interest is taking away your rights and making grounds for a Dictator. And who do you think will get the worst treatment under the President who enacts these laws? LOL....the very idiots who worship Obama (n*ggaz)
So tell me why you love these laws so much? Tell me why you don't care if your rights are stripped from you, as long as a n*gga does it? Explain yourself..
LOL....I can't believe you mentioned "free healthcare". I hope that you didn't think that was going to happen. Did you really believe that you were going to get free healthcare in this capitalistic society? Come on man....hope and change was just a marketing ploy, nothing tangible...and was not meant to be.
@Great1 "so many are hinging on tommorows SCOTUS decision hoping it might strike down Obamacare??
I know, be afraid, be very afraid - lol. Anywho, you right and somebody sure gonna get Carpal Tunnel Syndrome either from gloating or griping - well, that's if MTO update their forum. Who knows, if the results unfavorable maybe Obama has a chance to do it over again and this time the right way with the Single-payer health care but if the Repubs blind side him with the single -payer then you know he is done. Sucks to be him.
But Great1, you're assuming that there is a difference between the Republicrats and Demicans and in our three branches of government. The fact is none of our bad policies, i.e. our ever expanding empire and foreign wars, our domestic war on drugs, our welfare/warfare, the increasing, etc., could happen without the votes of Democrats and Republicans. The system is set up to keep outside voices from speaking up. Look at the treatment by the media of persons like Ralph Nader and Ron Paul; people that are truly principled yet are ostracized and vilified by Fox, CNN, NBC, et al.
Both "parties" believe that the other side is just hindering their perfect policies. I tell you now, that regardless if it's Obamacare or Romneycare, our health insurance will increase and both sides will blame each, while government expands. The arguments will be something like, "those racist Republicans and/or Tea Partiers" or "those hippy liberal Democrats" etc... All the while, Big Pharma will generate ever increasing revenues.
The problem with the Commerce Clause is what our government has included in its scope. If we give the current administration the power to regulate healthcare, it certainly is not infeasible for the Supreme Court (all 9 of them) to rule that regulating all business and industry to what the government sees fit is withing the scope of the Federal government. The best and logical thing to do is remove that power from government and return competition to our industry.
