Can somebody help me understand why R.Kelly seem to have $ issues. Since Kelly has been on the scene with Public Annoucement & solo he has written so many songs for himself, others and soundtracks. His publishing alone should be worth 10-20mil a year. Was he dumb enough to sell most of his publishing. What is really going on?
