Yesterday it's being reported that Janet went to Paris Jackson's home - the home that he FATHER LEFT TO HER - and ATTACKED the 16 year old.
The entire dispute is over the reported $1 BILLION fortune that Michael left to his children. You see, his brother and sisters would like to CONTROL (i.e. SPEND IT). Paris may be young, but she ain't STUPID - so shes fighting them.

It is common in many Black households for members to support their parents or other siblings. It happens. Heaven forbid MJ's money ends up creating generational wealth for the entire Jackson family. If you read my post, I stated that my intuition tells me to not believe what the media is putting out, but to believe that the kids' are doing the right thing, especially considering the fact that Rebbie is involved in the situation. At this late stage, I don't think the Jackson's care about you buying their music, for no one has really put out anything in a long time--including Mike when he was alive. Also, Mike is dead, so his mother is in charge of his kids, but that does not mean that the uncles and aunts can't discipline the kids unless it has been stated that they can't. To be honest, I can careless who gets Mike's money, but I must say that I would hate to see the system with Mike's prize collections, for Mike went down in death fighting for those collections.

Here is the deal: Katherine has allowed those kids to get out of hand. Paris is a bit sassy, but she's very smart. Her father raised her very well, and now she's around by other kids who are allowed to run amuck (Jermaine and Randy's kids). Katherine is old and tired of fighting. She has fought her looser son's battles for the last 30 years of her life (Randy, Jermaine and Jackie). The executors of his estate are swindling Katherine (she gets around $70,000 per month and they do too); the brothers know this--and are trying to use it to their advantage. Katherine has NEVER been the type to tell them "No"--which is why things have escalated to this. She can definitely live off of $70,000 and support Michael's kids, however that isn't enough to fund the other men's lifestyles. As for Janet, she's not in it for the money. She knows how her brothers are and she may very well be there to help mediate a situation that got out of hand. Paris wasn't tweeting lies, they were trying to get her to understand that the demons are watching their every move--and looking for an opportunity to swoop in and build a case to take them away. Keep in mind that although Michael made it very clear that he wanted his mother to have them, the lawyers were STILL trying to over-turn it and prove her incapable. The Jackson family, after all, may have a plan of their own. There might be away for them to untie what Mike knotted up. Send Katherine out to Rebbie due to supposed bad health so that someone else (someone in the family) can get guardianship of the children and have control of the money until the kids are of age. Why not let Tito son get the guardianship since the kids really like and trust him, but keep in mind that Tito Jr. is the son of Tito Sr., so he may still feel incline to listen to his father and help out the family with the money that was going to Katherine. This move may explain why Tito backed out of the plan to do away with the executors. Who knows, maybe Tito son may be able to talk the children into another plan that will benefit everyone in the end--he might be the guy to get the job done. It might have been a ploy the Jackson clan to have the three brothers to go on television to serve as a distraction from the main plan, for it seems extremely foolish to me for those three men to go on television crying and complaining that they can't find their momma when the woman is in Arizona with Rebbie--something seems off with that television move.
As I have said before, something won't allow me to believe what is being reported by the media, like Flavor Flav said, "Don't trust it." Deep down inside, I really do believe that some wicked stuff is going on, and the Jackson clan is fighting it as best as they know how, and if all of this comes down to them wanting Mike's money, then I will say what I said all alone, " I can careless, for I rather see them with Mike's money and private collections than the system." All do respect, we don't know what money Janet has...MJ kept his sibilings and father off the Will for a reason. You don't protest a will unless you assume to receive something, especially from the jump. They were protest after he died. Regardless of MJ's "usual lifestyle" to most, this man was no fool. He keep these children under his control, not the families, and children see what goes on behind close doors. One thing i know; that money; Michael's money, will not end up with the Jacksons or anywhere they want it. It's too much money. "They" won't allow it. The executors, the white children, SONY are all on the same team. As long as that money ends up in white hands (preferably shared amongst them) they will deal. But the Jacksons (brothers)... To the person who commented that some bloggers are speaking negatively of Mike's kids because they are White, I want to inform you that I do not agree with that type of behavior, but I also want to inform that person to go to Yahoo and read the report its people are sharing with the world. It portrays the Jackson family in a negative light while portraying the kids in a positive light--sounds like a familiar pattern to me. How in the world can that reporting team over there know so much? Why are they so quick to say that the Jackson family wants the kids' inheritance, and why is it after one or two days after this incident, the judge has already made a ruling? I'm like JadaKiss; I can't help but ask why. For some reason, I believe if those kids were Black, Yahoo's report would not be as long and as negative, and I don't believe a ruling would have been made so quickly. Yet, I sit back and smile because as I previously said, I believe the Jackson had a plan and the system, especially the judge fell for it and executed it. Think about it: Three grown brothers go on national t.v. crying and complaining that they can't find their mother, but one of those brothers son reported to the news he knew where his grandmother was and spoke with her, and then reported that he thought his grandmother was speaking in code, but later realized that she is doing okay with her eldest daughter--something smells in Denmark and I don't think the stank comes from the Jackson family, for they may have played the system. Do what you got to do Rebbie, Janet, Jermaine, Randy, Marlon, Tito, Jackie, and mother Katherine--they think that they are making a mockery of you all, but actually they are being mocked. Fight Jackson family, and hold to Mike's prize collections and don't let'em get your brotha and son's stuff.

I think Janet is looking out for her mother Katherine. Janet has plenty of her own money. I think those kids are being out of control teens and driving Katherine crazy. Katherine is in her 80s and how is she expected to control a very opinionated and wanna-be-grown teen like Paris. That's why they shipped Katherine away from those kids. Janet is doing what a lot of black aunts would do and tried to slap some sense into that girl.
They are now reporting Katherine has lost custody of the kids. I guess there is a lot of blame to go around but most of the blame can go to the little spoiled white kid who was airing the families laundry out in the streets. May not get a guardian like Katherine, so in all actuality it should have been a private matter until things could be sorted out. The white kid has no one to blame but herself.
See I knew it!! I said she left someone in charge and she needed time away. That little white girl was playing gamest the whole time causing ***!! This is why kids should not air their business in the streets. I said she most likely knew her grandmother needed some time away from those heathens, and I said the family got in her *** for causing a panic out there as if the family did not tell her grandma needed some *** rest. And look what she did, cause a whole lot of stress for Ms. Katherine. Everyone is praising this child for being so smart but in reality she is stupid. Janet was right to get in her *** because the kid knew better. When I first heard about the tweet I thought Ms. Katherine was kidnapped, but now know that was not true. And I believed her kids have too much respect for their mother to "kidnap" her.

Why are you assuming that she is trying to steal 'their' money? How do you know who is obviously in these childrens heads? Do you live with them? Are you around them? Do you have reporters or investigators on the scene? NO, so *** UP, MTO. I am POSITIVE that there is someone steering these children to behave with such disrespect.
