If you have even third-grade reading comprehension skills, you can read from her tweets that she is starting the foundation because many people have asked where to send flowers. Instead of having mourners spend money on pricey floral arrangements that will die in a few days, she is requesting people to make donations to a foundation for water safety. The foundation is a way to honor Kile and will allow his name to live on, so his death won't be in vain and he won't be forgotten. The foundation is legit...she includes the Bank of America account number. It's not like she is asking people to send money orders to a P.O. box. Sheesh...SMH..
