: Jay and Bey are letting EVERYONE know just how wealthy they are. The NY Post is reporting that the pair are renting a home in the Hamptons - for $400K a month.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé, are renting a 31,000-square-foot home in Bridgehampton — known as the Sandcastle — for a staggering $400,000 for August.One of y'all RICH MTOers is gonna have to explain to us why someone would pay $400K for just one month's rent . . .
The 11-acre property on Halsey Lane was built by Hamptons super-developer Joe Farrell. It’s currently on the market for $43.5 million.
The sprawling estate is fit for the king and queen of Hip-Hop, lavishly equipped with a two-lane bowling alley, virtual golf, skateboard half-pipe, a rock-climbing wall, a full bar and recording studio.

I agreed with ChaiChai.I'm almost positive even tho I don't know Jay or Bey they have an accountant &/ or financial advisor. Going broke isn't part of the plan investments,stocks, bonds, tax ***, trust...... Also there is the possibility some of the reports of spending are false. It's their money therefore it's their to spend however the heck they chose. By the way they do contribute to charity. There are people who need help & those who don't. I could really care less but you have got to be the dumbest to rent not own a property for $400,000/mth . I wonder who is financially advising these two on their business endeavors. Bad enough people who buy reasonable homes will never own the land that it's on because the government does. These two are some fools. I now see how the once rich entertainers go broke. Well, I think Jay and Bey are actually smart people. Think about it....it's not that they're spending 400k on a rental, and I'm sure just about everyone in this room feels like they are out of their minds, but it's HOW they spend it. Jay and Bey are constantly working. So when they need somewhere to live in whatever state or country they have to work in, they can rent the best mansion with the most obscene price. Why? Because at the end of the year, they file it as a working vacation, which is a HEAVY tax write-off. So they get most of that money back, if not all of it back. So they lived in the best sh!t, ***-near free, and they get the money back to do it all again. That's called 2 smart mofo's.
