Idk about this pick of Paul Ryan for vp. Think he should have went with a moderate conservative, or took the celebrity angle with Condelezza Rice. Don't get me wrong, Ryan is impressive in his own right. He fits the part; look the profile and actually would make a suitable republican nominee himself. Unfortunately for republicans, a staunch conservative in unelectable in 2012. DamMITT, is still trying to please these Ronald Regean romantics. A far right candidate can't win a general election right now. Know the audience Mr. Romney. Bringing Paul Ryan to the ticket can have a negative effect with independent voters. What Obama was saying is that people who are successful at a business did not do it absolutely on their own. Somewhere along the line they had help in different forms and depended on resources that the government itself helps to provide. Why is this so troubling to you?
YOUR VERY OWN BOY was not born poor! He had the resources of the wealth of his parents, even if not directly he benefited from it indirectly.
I will take it a step further and say that everyone who is successful is not necessarily the hardest working or the smartest. There is some luck involved in becoming financially successful. Some people happen to make a risky investment and it may pay off for them vs not paying off for another man simply because of timing. But I guess this reality is troubling to your belief system thats why when Herman Cain says something as dumb as
